One free consultation about your goals and experience is all it takes! After we meet, I will create a personalized yoga package based on what you need. Once purchased, the videos are yours FOREVER! This is a great option for those who have injuries or barriers that may require extra attention, or those that want something a little more customized and personal! Let's connect!
virtual yoga
For just $22 a month, you can become a patron of my virtual yoga platform. For less than a quarter of a studio membership, you have unlimited access to all sorts of yoga flows! From 10 minute chair yoga to hour long vinyasa flows, there is content for you! If you are deep into your yoga journey and want a way to have guided practices at home, or you aren't quite ready to step into a physical studio, you've come to the right place! Check it out!
